Newbies Curry Club
11th February was our inaugural Newbies Curry Club night. The evening provided a perfect environment for new members to get to know longer standing members off court and to share experiences and feedback whilst enjoying a delicious “Ruby”. We intend to repeat this event every couple of months or as demand dictates.

Bingo Night
Our Bingo Night provided a fun-filled evening of dabbers, laughs and vociferous cries of “House!” A great social night for members and guests alike.
17th May
Open Day
Our open day was a huge success and attracted 50+ local residents to the club for the first time. In total 70+ players of all abilities and ages (from age 3 upwards) took to our new courts. The cakes, bar and famous Whitehall hospitality was also very well received by all. Thanks to all that attended.

Yvonne Dennison Memorial Tournament
It was certainly a warm one but our devoted members toiled away under a hot sun to pay tribute to Whitehall’s legendary Yvonne Dennison.
Congratulations to our winners on the day – Janet Thompson & Jack Mercy.

Pop-Up Cockney, Pie & Mash Night
Get your plates of meat down to the club for a proper East End knees-up! Enjoy traditional pie, mash, and liquor while we bring a bit of Cockney charm to Whitehall.

Summer Fun Day
The Whitehall Fun Day provides the perfect opportunity for the whole family to enjoy lively activities both on and off the court.
12th September
Finals Day
The culmination of the club championships. Watch our top players compete for titles across all categories. Bring the family, enjoy the tennis, the cakes, the BBQ and the club bar.

80s & Karaoke Night
Dust off your leg warmers and warm up those vocal cords! Whether you’re belting out Bon Jovi or just enjoying the show, this throwback night promises big hair, bigger tunes, and loads of laughs.
31st October
Halloween Party
Costumes encouraged, cobwebs guaranteed. Join us for a spooky evening of Halloween fun with music, themed treats, and prizes for the best fancy dress.
21st November
Quiz Night
Gather your team and test your trivia skills! Our popular quiz night returns with brain-teasers, friendly rivalry, and bragging rights up for grabs.
12th December
Band Night & Christmas Party
Kick off the festive season with live music and plenty of Christmas cheer. Dance the night away as we celebrate another memorable year at Whitehall.

Gerry’s Mince Pie Tournament
A beloved club tradition in memory of a beloved former member. Enjoy some relaxed, festive tennis and work off some of that Christmas Dinner. The perfect way to wrap up 2026.
